LIMA Oyster is a private label from Adri & Zoon. Adri & Zoon represents the men of the family, while LIMA represents the women. Mother Inge passed on her passion for oysters to her daughters. LIMA is all about top-quality oysters, carefully selected and grown on sea-tables in La Manche, Normandy. The LIMA oyster has a good meat content and a unique, refined salty but sweet flavour.
